The site loaded just fine for me, and most of it was easy enough to figure out. The menu did take a little longer than it probably should have, but it wasn’t a huge issue.

I had what I thought was a simple question about my order, but it took days before anyone got back to me. When they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t read what I’d sent at all, just some generic response dressed up to sound helpful.
I tried emailing again and got the same kind of short, useless answers. I’m always a bit wary when a company has all this polished language on the site but can’t actually help you when there’s an issue. Not a good experience, and I won’t be using chicorei.com again.

I just ordered from chicorei.com recently, and the slow shipping kind of ruined the whole experience for me. There weren’t really any clear updates, so I was just left checking and waiting. By the time the package finally showed up, I didn’t even need the item anymore. Maybe this isn’t always how it goes, but based on this latest order, I’d be hesitant to order again.

The stuff was nice enough, so I don’t want to make it sound terrible or anything. I just felt like the prices were a bit high for the quality I got. Maybe if it had felt a little more premium, but... yeah, I’m not sure it was worth what I paid.

I ordered a really cute top from Chicorei, the design looked just as nice in person. The fit was okay too, but the fabric was disappointing. It felt thin and a little scratchy, not soft or comfy like I expected from the photos.
After one wash, it already looked kind of worn out, and I noticed a few loose threads in the stitching. It’s still wearable, but for the price, I was expecting better quality. Shipping was fine, though I did get annoyed dealing with the automated updates and support stuff instead of just being able to talk to an actual person.

My order showed up quickly, which I appreciated, but the material felt cheaper than I expected and didn’t really match what I saw in the photos. For the price, I was hoping for something better. this feels like a preventable issue if the product photos or description were more accurate.

The package arrived in great shape, which I always appreciate. I’m giving 4 stars because it took a day longer than I was hoping for, but overall it was a smooth and pleasant experience.

Uh, the design just feels kind of messy to me and not really that nice overall.

I ordered my usual size from Chicorei, i was kind of confused when I tried it on. The top was really tight around my arms, but then somehow loose and awkward around the waist.

I even checked the measurements before ordering, so I don’t think I just guessed wrong, though I did start wondering if maybe I measured myself weird or something. Either way, it didn’t feel like it matched the size chart at all.
It was disappointing because I was actually excited to wear it. I’m not sure I’d order again unless the sizing gets more consistent

I ordered from chicorei.com and ended up needing to return one item. The return process itself wasn’t really difficult, which was a relief, but I expected the refund to come through a lot faster. Support did get back to me when I reached out, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t quite match what I was expecting either.
